The Add Page Property function allows you to duplicate properties from one CMS page and place them in another CMS page.  This is useful for overriding specific behavior of any plugin that checks for overriding properties. 

For example, in the Comments/Ratings plugin, one can set specific staff within the association to provide approval for comments posted on particular pages in the CMS.
