Support Staff

This job has the following requirements:

  • Supporting customers by E-mail, Issue Tracker, Forum, Phone, and Goto Meeting
  • Producing Documentation for our products
  • Updating the website
  • Learning our software intimately to support and document it
  • Documenting our software, taking screen shots, cropping, converting images for the web
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with HTML / CSS / JS
  • Producing video tutorials
  • Good personality
  • Strong learning ability
  • Strong writing ability and high English competency
