Support Staff
This job has the following requirements:
- Supporting customers by E-mail, Issue Tracker, Forum, Phone, and Goto Meeting
- Producing Documentation for our products
- Updating the website
- Learning our software intimately to support and document it
- Documenting our software, taking screen shots, cropping, converting images for the web
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with HTML / CSS / JS
- Producing video tutorials
- Good personality
- Strong learning ability
- Strong writing ability and high English competency
