Understanding features of the ASP.NET framework is absolutely necessary.  We write all ASP.NET code in C#.  Understanding fundamentals of object oriented programming, class design, recursion, interfaces, enumerations, and conventions is necessary.  Desktop application programming experience is a plus, though, not a requirement.  Experience with multithreading, reflection, interop, is a plus, though, not a requirement.  Microsoft certifications are a plus, though, not a requirement.

This job is primarily telework, with weekly phone calls/remote meetings with our staff.  Some in-person meetings may be required periodically, to ensure our team is all on the same page, so living within the Metro Detroit area is required.  Consultants and contractors are welcome, though we also have a full time position available. 

Job Compensation:

  • A laptop will be provided for the duration of employment with Bryce Web Group (laptop specifications to be decided)
  • Contract work will be compensated in the following ways:
    • Support work will be paid at an hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
    • Projects will be paid on a per-contract basis.
  • Full time work will be compensated in the 50k range, with possibility for a higher pay rate commensurate with experience.
    • Full time employment includes paid holidays and highly flexible work hour requirements.
